Our facility is in the North Medical Plaza II building. It can be easily reached from Scottsdale, Phoenix and the East and West Valley by several routes including Shea Blvd., Mountain
View Rd. and the Loop 101.
Plastic Surgery Office in Glendale
Our second office is located in Glendale near the southeast corner of Union Hills Ave. and 59th Ave. It is situated in the Arrowhead Commons complex just south of the shopping center and next to Starbucks. The address is 18275 N. 59th Ave., Bldg. E Ste. 126. It is accessible from a variety of routes including the 59th Ave. exit off the Loop 101 (go south), Union Hills Ave. and 59th Ave.
