Mission Statement |
Our staff is focused on making your plastic surgery experience a safe, warm and comfortable journey. We listen carefully and try to address all your questions so you are optimally prepared to undergo surgery and your recovery. Afterwards, a bit of kind touch and reassurance goes a long way in keeping you comfortable and at ease. We want your journey to be as easy and smooth as possible. You will always see the doctor every visit and will always be put in touch with him directly should you have any questions, day or night, after surgery. We strive to take care of you in the very best way.
Our ring leader and patient care coordinator is Robyn Nakata. Robyn oversees all aspects of scheduling your surgery and arranging all the necessaries to assure a safe and thorough walk up unto the day of surgery. She is a resource for all our patients.
Maggie Gross, R.N., is our registered nurse and a part of each and every patient’s care from start to finish. From the consultation, preoperative preparation, the morning of surgery and thereafter, she focuses on your comfort, safety and recovery. She is thoroughly and intimately familiar with all aspects of surgery that Dr. Chris Verbin performs. Should you have any questions whatsoever, she is an incredible resource. She is the surgical center supervisor and also is an inspector for our accrediting agency, the American Association For Accreditation Of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities, Inc.
The cheerful and smiling Mago will assist you in making all your office and surgical arrangements. She is always helpful, courteous and diligent in her efforts to serve you and scrupulous in protecting the confidentiality of your medical records.
And of course, behind every surgery there is a team, including our surgical technician, Joelle Barron and anesthesiologist, Kirtika Patel, M.D., helping make your journey safe and comfortable.
