Case Details:
>>>>Before:23 year old female 5’ 7”, l27 lbs. with A- Cup breasts >>>>After: 1 year post-operative breast augmentation with 475cc smooth round saline breast implants to small D cup breasts >>>>Comments: This patient had a fairly narrow chest wall to begin with, and yet she wanted to go with fairly good volume implants. She wanted me to make every effort to get her into a D-cup, and yet still look natural. I feel that I was able to meet her expectations pretty well. Notice the fairly natural slope from the angled view and how I was able to create fairly nice natural cleavage.
