She was emphatic about not having any roundness at the top of her breasts (or as commonly described as a "shelf like" look). From all views, the breasts look natural, yet they are certainly very full. Notice also how I was able to create the "pockets" for the implants such that the implants are close enough to create enough "natural" cleavage. A lot of women want to avoid a large gap in this area between the breasts.
