Age: 29 Gender: Female Skin Tone: Medium Description: 29 year old female had previous septorhinoplasty in a combined procedure by an otolaryngologist and general plastic surgeon. This procedure resulted in a perforation of the nasal septum, continued nasal obstruction, and nasal deformity. She underwent a complicated nasal procedure consisting of revision rhinoplasty and repair of the septal perforation by Dr. TerKonda.
