Pre-operatively, she had a tremendous amount of loose skin of the upper and lower abdomen, as well as the junction of the thigh with the abdomen. The procedure created a very nice improvement in the overall contour of the abdomen. Of note, the patient went on to have liposuction of the hips as a secondary procedure 7 months later.
