Female 9 months post op Breast size after augmentation: 34 C Approach: Through the lower areola-Infra-areolar incision Implant size: Placed 350 cc Mentor smooth round saline She had very different nipple/ areola directions her right side points way out East and the breast is lower on the right than the left
