Case Details:
24 year-old Chicago-area female who desired correction of nasal prominence on profile view, as well as shortening of the length of the nose in general; accomplished via an open-tip approach, dorsal reduction and osteotomies (fractures) to reset the nasal pyramid; approximately 6 weeks post-op.
