Lake Forest Plastic Surgery is located approximately 25 miles north of Chicago
on the beautiful campus of Lake Forest Hospital. Here you will find a friendly
staff in a setting that's meant to be as comfortable as your own home. We also
pride ourselves on our competitive surgical fees, and accept a majority of insurance
plans to assist you in obtaining benefits for "covered" procedures
During a phone call or visit to our office, you are likely to be greeted by at least one of three people who are instrumental to the friendly environment and smooth operation of our office: Theresa, Sally or Saconda.
Theresa is our very efficient and personable office/billing manager, who joined us two years ago after 13 years' experience with the OB/GYNE Associates of Lake Forest. She deals directly with the insurance companies regarding reimbursement, when applicable, orders important office supplies including implants, and is a valuable resource in general.
Sally and Saconda have both joined us over the past year as front office liaisons. Each works part-time, but one of the two is always here to provide you with friendly assistance in scheduling surgeries, procedures or appointments, as well as handling important insurance matters.
We are very proud of each of these three members of our staff, and trust that you will find your interactions with them pleasant and helpful |
