I want to Thank You from the bottom of my heart. Breast Reduction Surgery was the best decision I ever made. It’s nice to have my self-esteem back and to be able to walk around with such confidence knowing how good I look and feel. You both made me feel very comfortable from my very first consultation, right up to the surgery. For my 1st surgery ever, I knew I was going to be in good hands. Dr. Lofman seems to have such a genuine concern for his patients and I am so grateful that the takes pride in his work because it shows.
Michelle is a wonderful assistant. She has a wonderful personality that shows as soon as you walk in the door. I appreciate all the phone calls, answering all my questions and all of the leg work that she did in order to make my surgery possible. She seems to make everyone feel welcome when they come into the office as if they were a close friend.

I am writing to thank you for more than meeting my expectations and for your phenomenal service. I never felt the need to research other options or talk to other surgeons. From the moment I walked into your office I felt totally at ease. Your receptionist is amazing… She has a way of making it all seem so positive and making the whole experience very enjoyable. Her confidence in you and your confidence made my decision quite easy. You seemed to know just what I was looking for and I appreciate that greatly, especially now!!
