Dr. Rose's decade-long surgical training includes experience at some of the finest medical centers in New York, Chicago and Miami. In addition to his expertise in Plastic Surgery, he is a fellowship-trained hand and microvascular surgeon, fields that demand extraordinary precision and great attention to detail. Dr. Rose brings these skills to each and every procedure he performs. His proficiency at all forms of reconstructive surgery has been recognized by law enforcement agencies throughout the city and state. He is a consulting surgeon for the United States Marshall's Service, Federal Bureau of Prisons and Rikers Island, and he was personally admitted to the New York City Police Honor Legion by New York City Chief of Police Scagnelli.
The Doctor is also the author of several articles on plastic and hand surgery and he has presented his work at national plastic surgery meetings. Currently he is an attending physician at St. Luke's-Roosevelt and New York Downtown Hospitals in Manhattan.
