Office Facilities and Locations
Patients coming for consultation and/or office visits meet with Dr. Morrison in either his Columbus office on the Mount Carmel East Hospital campus (Physician Office Building II) or in Lancaster, Ohio on the Fairfield Medical Center campus.
As medical staff member, Dr. Morrison operates in the Mount Carmel East Hospital and Taylor Station Surgery Center (an ambulatory surgery center near MCEH), in Columbus, Ohio and at the Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, Ohio. All facilities are fully accredited, safe, and well run.
Office Hours and Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only except in emergencies. The amount of time scheduled for your consultation depends on the reason for our visit so please inform our assistants why you are coming to see us. If you need to cancel your consultation, please let us know as soon as possible. Payment for consultation is expected at the time of the visit. Because of our surgery schedules, office hours are limited.
In Columbus:
Tuesday – 12 noon to 5:00 pm
Friday – 9:00 am to 12 noon
In Lancaster:Selected Mondays
When scheduling we do our best to estimate the time required: however, some adjustments of waiting may occur due to emergency surgery or increased time for consultation with other patients.
Cosmetic Surgery Scheduling & Fees
You may schedule your surgery at the time of your consultation or later. A deposit may be required at the time of scheduling. During your consultation you will be informed of the risks, benefits, alternatives, and cost of the surgery.
For cosmetic surgery, you will be told exactly what the surgical and anesthetic fees will be and every effort will be made to estimate your hospital cost. The total cost of surgery is expected two weeks before surgery, if paid by personal check, and one week before, if paid by cashier’s check. Anesthesia and the hospital require full payment one week before surgery.
If financing is desired, we will refer you to a reputable (outside) financing agency.
If your insurance carrier covers some of the cost of your surgery, a preauthorization letter may be sent. You may have to follow up on it yourself.
Please remember that you are responsible for the balance not covered by your insurance.

The following cosmetic price quotes (as of 8/05) are estimates only, must first be confirmed after exam by Dr. Morrison, and are subject to change.
Prices include all fees for (a) surgeon, (b) anesthesiologist, and, (c) operating room facility with routine lab. Extras (overnight stay, special tests, etc.) are not included. Prices and operations not included below are available on request.

Insurance and Financial Information
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept VISA, MasterCard and debit cards as well as cash, and personal checks. We also participate in most health plans. A phone call to our assistants can confirm whether or not we participate in your particular plan.
