A graduate of UCSD Revelle College, Dr. Reagan sought out the finest training in the country before returning to San Diego to start his practice. While at Cornell Medical College and the New York Hospital, Dr. Reagan conducted award-winning research in the science of healing. Later, while at the prestigious University of Texas at SouthWestern (considered by many to be the top program in the country), Dr. Reagan studied under many world-recognized leaders in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. An author on such topics as facial rejuvenation, rhinoplasty and breast reconstruction, Dr. Reagan practices the full breadth of plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Community service also plays an important role in Dr. Reagan's life. He is a board member and surgeon for Fresh Start Surgical Gifts, a non-profit organization that provides surgery for children and young adults with congenital and acquired deformities. For his efforts, Dr. Reagan recently was named a "health hero" by the Combined Health Agencies of San Diego.
