She has a very long upper torso, and there was enough distance between her clavicles and nipples preoperatively that I could go large enough with the implant and not have it appear to be "riding too high". She wanted a very natural appearance from all three views (as she showed me preoperatively with other pictures), and I believe I was able to achieve this result effectively.
