She wanted a very natural result, and I feel that I was able to achieve that effectively. The important thing to note is that she looks dramatically different (younger), but that she does not look "overdone". The biggest challenge in this patient was her neck. She had not only a lot of excess skin, but quite a bit of excess fatty tissue and muscle. Notice the improvement of her jawline as well. It is not uncommon that we are able to "turn the clock back" about 10 to 12 years with these procedures.
