About our Office
Scheduling appointments:

--There is a $75 charge for a consultation regarding a cosmetic procedure.
Dr. Wallace typically sees patients in our office on Mondays and for half a day on Thursdays. He operates on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursday mornings, and Fridays.
Our goal is to have an empty waiting room! We recognize that your time is valuable and nobody likes to be stuck in a doctor’s waiting room. We do everything in our power to be sure that we stay on schedule.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible for us to give your appointment time to another patient.
Please feel free to call me if you would like more information about a procedure or if you would like to schedule a consultation with Dr. Wallace. I am always happy to answer questions!

Financial / Insurance Information
Cosmetic surgery is performed to reshape normal structures of the body in order to improve appearance and self-esteem. Cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance.
Cosmetic surgery typically involves three charges:
1. The surgeon’s fee
2. The facility’s fee (hospital or outpatient surgery center)
3. The anesthesiologist’s fee
Full payment for cosmetic procedures is required prior to surgery.
Payments accepted:
1. Mastercard and Visa
2. Cashier’s check
*no personal checks or cash please for payment of the surgeon’s fees.

If you are curious about the fees involved with any of the cosmetic procedures that Dr. Wallace performs, feel free to call Tracey (Dr. Wallace’s nurse). She can speak with you about your particular circumstances, goals, and wishes and give you a “ball park” idea of the costs involved.

Reconstructive surgery is performed on abnormal structures of the body (caused by injury, disease, or birth defects) to improve function or to approximate a more normal appearance. Reconstructive procedures are generally considered medically necessary and are usually covered by insurance.
Dr. Wallace is a participating provider in many health insurance plans- including Cigna, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, and Tricare. This is by no means an all-inclusive list. To find out if Dr. Wallace is an “in-network” provider for your particular plan, call the customer service number on your insurance card, or refer to your policy handbook.
Dr. Wallace also accepts Medicare. If you have any questions about Medicare, you can call Medicare Customer Service at 800-342-8900.
