Our patient counselors CINDY LIU and KRISTIN NASH, R.N. are available during office hours, Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:30 p.m., to answer any questions you may have, or feel free to e-mail Traveling north on Central Expressway (I-75/I-45) exit the 15th St. exit in Plano. Go left on 15th Street. You will pass through approximately 7 red lights. Once you have crossed Coit Rd. our office will be on the left at 4100 W. 15th, Suite 106. (It is a two story brown brick building: West Plano9 Medical Center). Traveling north on the Dallas North Toll Rd., exit Plano Parkway and go right on Plano Parkway. Stay on Plano Parkway until you get to Coit. Turn left on Coit. the next light is 15th St.; turn left on 15th St. The office is on the left at 4100 W. 15th, Suite 106.
