I just wanted to take a minute and thank you from the bottom of my heart. The work you have done on me has truly changed my life. It’s not only the work you do but it is the relationships you create with your patience. You take time out of your busy schedule to take a minute & get to know them, and show them you care. Words can’t express how grateful I am to you. Thanks for being patient & helping me with my complication due to my car accident, see you in surgery on Monday Dec. 10th. I don’t even know where to begin! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I don’t think I could say it enough!! You are absolutely wonderful at what you do. I can honestly say that before my surgery, I felt a sense of peace and comfort knowing that I’d be under your care. Your work is exceptional and I am so happy with the results. You have indeed boosted my self confidence! I now feel beautiful and sexy in a way that I really didn’t feel before! I am truly amazed at what you were able to accomplish. So, thank you…thank you for being so good, so educated! Thank you for having such an amazing staff of wonderful women who have made me feel so welcome. Most importantly, thank you for being so kind and so willing to care of me.
Not only am I grateful for your superb knowledge and skills in medicine but I am also grateful for your friendship. I’m so grateful for these past nine or so months that have given me the opportunity to get to know you. I hope that there will be many more months to come! You are such a great person and a joy to be around. Thank you for accepting me and making me feel like a friend. I am indeed grateful for the opportunity I’ve been blessed with to know you.

I’m not sure my daughter has thanked you properly for the kindness you showed her following her aborted surgery-surely you remember the gluteal non-sterile implants on my daughter. I just wanted to tell you all how much I appreciate your efforts & kindness. Out of the six Dr. Offices that I visited for consultations, I was treated with the most sincerity, respect, & concern from everyone in your establishment. Every email that I sent or phone call I made was returned immediately. Every effort was made by your co-workers to aid me with any questions or concerns that I had. After my surgery I received phone calls ensuring my comfort & physical safety. Dr. Crofts, you always very very professional in your dearings, making me feel very assured & comfortable about my choices. I just wanted to say thank you all so….much. Taking such steps to aid in the raising of my self-image & self confidence began with some fears & doubts, but ended in a joyful experience!

I’m very great full to have met you, especially in this period of time in my life. Your have helped me in many means & now you’ve just added one more to the looooong list!!
